Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple plus juice
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    3/4 c. coconut (optional)
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
    3 bananas, sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
