Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 pork chops
cooked rice
2 onions
1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
1 can beef broth (Campbell's)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Line Pyrex dish with 1 to 1 1/2 inches of cooked rice.
Top each pork chops with 1 thick slice of onion, 1 slice bell pepper and 1 slice of fresh tomato.
Pour beef broth over all.
