Foil-Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 fish fillets
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 stick butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Arrange fish fillet on aluminum foil. Spread mushrooms over fish.
Combine butter, onion, thyme, salt and pepper over fish.
Wrap up tightly.
Seal ends well.
Bake about 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
