Chocolate Crisps - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg white
1/4 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. water
Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and sugar. In a small bowl, mix the egg white, oil, vanilla and water. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients all at once. Mix well, then roll the dough in your hands into 1 1/2-inch thick \"snake\". Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0 and spray baking sheet with pan spray. Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds. Arrange the cookies 1-inch apart on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Makes 30.
