Chicken Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken thighs
1 c. red wine
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can coconut creme
1 lb. cubed pork
1/2 c. soy sauce
3 to 4 bay leaves
Preparation
-
Brown chicken and pork in oil.
Add all other ingredients and simmer at least one hour.
Remove as much fat as possible.
Stir in coconut creme just before serving.
