1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. quick oats
3 Tbsp. wheat bran
1 Tbsp. oat bran
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put liquid ingredients in blender first, then add dry ingredients and blend well.
Makes 8 (5-inch) pancakes.
