Chop Suey For 40 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cooking oil
4 lb. hamburger
4 lb. elbow macaroni
4 10.5 oz. cans tomato soup
4 cans water
3 cans tomato paste (small size)
1 lg. (institutional) can crushed tomatoes
onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, pepper
Preparation

Saute beef in oil with onion, green pepper and garlic.
Drain any excess fat.
Add tomato soup, tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Heat through.
In the meantime, cook the macaroni and drain.
Add the sauce to the macaroni.
Mix well.
