Bojangle'S Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients gently.
Roll out on wax paper, keeping dough about 1/2 to 1 inch thick.
Cut out with biscuit cutter. Place on greased cookie sheet.
Baste with butter before and after baking.
Makes 10 to 12 biscuits.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
