Rosettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt and milk.
    Stir in flour gradually and beat until smooth.
    Cover bowl and let stand for a while so bubbles will break down.
    Dip iron in mixture; fry in hot oil until slightly light brown.
    Sprinkle with sugar (optional).
