Hot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    24 Serrano peppers (more or less to your taste), chopped
    1 (24 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes
    2 bunches cilantro
    garlic powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute
    onion
    in
    small
    amount
    of oil until soft; add Serrano
    peppers;
    brown.
    Chop
    tomatoes and cut up cilantro. Add to pepper and onion mixture.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper. Cook until thick.
    Enjoy with tostados; add to cheese, etc.
