Delicious Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1 1/2-inches thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sear chops on both sides.
    Put in a roaster.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Top each chop with mixture.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour 15 minutes.
