Butternut Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium butternut squash
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Peel squash and scoop out seeds.
    Cut into 2-inch chunks. Place in a heavy saucepan and add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat until squash is soft.
    Stir often.
    Remove from heat and beat with an electric mixer to blend, like mashing mashed potatoes.
    Serves 6.
