Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 slices bread soaked in milk
    1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    green \"sweet\" peppers
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Wash peppers and clean out insides well.
    Fill with the above mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
