Beef And Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. stew meat, cut in cubes
4 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 qt. cubed potatoes
2 lb. frozen vegetables
4 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can chicken broth
1 can beef broth
3/4 c. flour
water
Preparation

Brown meat in oil. Add seasoning. Cover with water.
Simmer until meat is tender.
Add potatoes, vegetables and enough broth to cover.
When potatoes and vegetables are cooked, mix flour and water. Add to stew until desired thickness.
Simmer for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Makes 8 quarts.
