Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked instant rice
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon-sugar mixture
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook rice according to package directions. In a large oven proof dish, beat eggs, whisk in vanilla, salt, sugar and milk. Add cooked rice. To prevent rice from sticking to sides, place in a water bath with about 2 inches of water. Bake for 30 minutes, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
