Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Grease an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Alternately layer potatoes, bell pepper
    and onion.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pepper to taste.
    Pour over potato mixture; cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and bake another 20 minutes or until potatoes are done.
