Lentil Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked lentils
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 c. walnuts, ground
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (14 oz.) can milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. cornflakes
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Brown finely minced onion in part of oil.
    Mash lentils and add all ingredients.
    Bake in oiled loaf pan at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Serve with desired gravy.
    Serves 12.
