Cinnamon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    48 slices fresh white bread
    1 c. butter, softened
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    cinnamon and sugar
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and roll flat. Cream butter, cheese, egg yolks and sugar together. Spread on flattened bread and roll up. Spread with melted butter and roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
