Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. red bell peppers, ground or 3/4 c. red bell pepper, ground
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white vinegar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Certo fruit pectin
Preparation

Put peppers in kettle with sugar and vinegar. Bring to full rolling boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add pectin. Mix and let stand for 5 minutes, stir again. Fill jelly jars 1/4 inch from top; turn jars upside down for 5 minutes or more to set seals.
