Sage Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick real butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh minced sage (more or less to taste)
1 clove garlic, minced
chopped chives (may be added)
Preparation

Blend together.
Add lemon juice, sage and garlic.
Form into a ball.
Chill overnight.
Serve with assorted crackers.
