Jaegerschnitzel(German Pork Fillets) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork fillets or thin pork chops
salt and pepper
2 onions, sliced
3 Tbsp. flour
butter
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 heaping tsp. instant beef bouillon
Preparation

Salt and pepper the fillets, then turn in flour until well coated.
Cook slowly in butter along with onions and mushrooms. When done (about 15 minutes each side), remove from pan and keep warm.
Pour 1 cup warm water into pan to loosen the juices.
Add bouillon and more flour if you want a thicker gravy.
Simmer for 1 minute.
Place fillets on a serving platter and cover with gravy. Serve with noodles and salad.
