Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cold milk
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy and stir in milk and oil.
    Add flour and salt and beat until smooth (about 1 minute).
    Fill hot greased popover pan (or muffin tin) 1/3 full and bake at 450\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer, until popovers are firm.
    Makes about 8.
