Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups cake flour
    1 cup self-rising flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 3/4 cups wesson oil
    1 1/4 cups buttermilk
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp vanilla
    1 Tbsp vinegar
    1 1/2 bottles red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, and egg yolks, and beat well.
    Mix dry ingredients, sift 3 times, and add to sugar, oil & egg mixture. Add buttermilk, vanilla and food coloring, beating with mixer until mixed well. Fold in beaten egg whites last.
    Pour in 4 to 5 well-greased layer cake pans.
    Bake 320 degrees preheated oven. Cool and ice with cream cheese icing (recipe follows).
