Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs (save 1 white)
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream together oil and sugar.
Add 3 whole eggs plus 1 yolk, one at the time; mix well.
Dissolve baking soda in buttermilk and add alternately with the flour, beating well.
Fold in pecans.
