Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped and lightly browned
4 to 5 torrido peppers, chopped
1 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
Preparation

Place half the batter in a greased baking pan.
Add meat mixture.
Add the rest of the batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
