Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. finely chopped bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add oil, eggs, vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
    Mix well; do not overbeat.
    Batter will be thick.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes in tube pan.
