Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 c. celery
    Worcestershire
    2 lb. pork, venison or beef roast
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 medium onions
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Cook all together until falling apart, about 3 hours.
    Remove bone and fat.
    Serves 18 to 20 people.
    (Traditional Christmas Eve supper in Dan's family for 3 generations plus.)
    Place on buns and enjoy!
