Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. meal
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Place in oven that has been preheated to 425\u00b0.
    Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes or until firm.
