Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 large can Carnation milk
2 lemons
crushed vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water.
Stir in sugar while hot.
Let stand until mixture cools.
Whip Carnation milk until it stands in a peak, then stir in jello and sugar.
Add juice of 2 lemons and mix well.
Pour into a pan (9 x 11-inch) lined with crushed vanilla wafer crumbs.
Sprinkle crumbs on top; refrigerate.
