Golden Crunch Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift together 3 cups flour, salt and baking powder.
Cream together 1/2 cup butter and eggs, beating well after each addition.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, blending well after each addition.
Spread 1/2 batter in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over batter.
Spread with remaining batter; top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (glass dish 35 to 40 minutes) or until golden.
Makes 12 servings.
