Fruit Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    bananas, peaches or cantaloupe balls (optional)
Preparation
    Cook tapioca with sugar, salt and 1 cup water until thick and clear.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 more cup water, frozen orange juice and strawberries.
    Stir.
    Add remaining drained fruit. Serve over sherbet.
    Serves 10 to 12.
