Vivian Green'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine crackers
    1/4 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 eggs
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with bits, divided 2/3 can
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Retain 1/3 can tomato sauce.
    Bake in metal pan 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
    After cooking drain grease and top with sauce.
    Cook 10-15 minutes more.
