Tater Topped Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/3 c. sliced celery
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen potato nuggets
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef until meat is brown and vegetables are tender.
    Drain. Stir in salt and pepper.
    Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Spread soup over meat mixture.
    Top with frozen potatoes and bake about 40 minutes or until bubbly. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
    Serves 4 to 6.
