Cucumbers A La Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 cucumbers, peeled and cut up
    2 Tbsp. cream or sour cream
    salt and pepper
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    freshly chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place cucumbers into salted boiling water.
    Cook for 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Melt butter and add cucumbers.
    Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, until tender.
    Before serving, add cream and parsley.
    Serves 4 to 6.
