Baked Pie Shell - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    7 Tbsp. shortening (Crisco)
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix shortening with flour and salt until pea size.
    Put in water, working as little as possible.
    Make into ball and chill. Roll out and put in pie pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
