Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. margarine
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 large box strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
3 c. chilled strawberries or 2 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and press in 13 x 9-inch pan, forming a crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Let cool.
Dissolve Jell-O and water and add berries.
Set aside in fridge until chilled, just starting to gel.
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust, then pour Jell-O mixture over cream cheese layer and refrigerate overnight.
