Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large cabbage
1 medium onion
1 to 2 green peppers
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Chop cabbage, onion and peppers until small.
Toss with sugar and salt.
Boil vinegar, oil, celery seed and 2 tablespoons sugar. Cool until lukewarm.
Pour over cabbage.
Will keep in refrigerator for up to one week.
