Hunter'S Baked Squirrel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 squirrels, cleaned and dressed
1 can bouillon
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (dry will do)
2 Tbsp. onion juice
1 clove garlic
1 bay leaf
salt and pepper to taste
flour (enough to dredge squirrels)
Preparation

Dredge squirrels in seasoned flour and brown in enough oil in roasting pan.
Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Reduce temperature slowly for 45 minutes or longer until tender.
