Cherry-Cheese Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 stick butter, softened
    2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. dark sweet canned cherries, drained
Preparation
    Blend cheese with butter, flour and salt; roll out dough.
    Cut into 2 inch squares.
    Place 1 tablespoon cherries in center of each square; fold over corners to seal.
    Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned.
