Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. catsup
    3 lb. spareribs
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients; simmer for 15 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Roast the spareribs in a 500\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0.
    Roast 1 1/2 hours, basting every 15 minutes with the sauce.
