Frozen Mint Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cream
    1 1/2 c. small mints (pastel colors)
    1 pkg. (24) Hydrox cookies
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Crush the mints.
    Whip the cream and fold in mints.
    Crush Hydrox cookies; add butter and powdered sugar.
    Press on bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Save some to sprinkle on top.
    Spread on cream and mint mixture.
    Sprinkle top with remaining cookie crumbs. Freeze until hard.
    Make the day before you need it.
