Chocolate Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cocoa, mixed in a little hot water
Preparation

In a heavy skillet, melt margarine.
Add flour and stir a minute or two.
Add milk to make gravy.
When thickened, add cocoa mixed in the water and sugar.
Stir until mixed well.
Add vanilla last.
Serve over biscuits or fried potatoes.
