Braised Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew beef
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 large onion
    4 stalks celery
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Cut stew beef in small cubes.
    Dice onion and celery and put into big pot.
    Add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, also add water.
    Cook on high for 1/2 hour.
    Then cook on medium for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serve with noodles or rice or over mashed potatoes.
