Baked Pineapple With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can chunk pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; keep 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine flour and sugar and stir in reserved juice.
    Add shredded cheese and pineapple chunks.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into a 1-quart casserole dish that has been greased.
    Combine margarine and cracker crumbs. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until brown.
