Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cottage cheese (small curd)
    7/8 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mash cheese with a fork.
    Beat egg yolks; add to cheese.
    Stir in other ingredients.
    Beat with a beater until smooth.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake in a moderate oven until brown.
    A knife will come out clean when inserted in center.
