Baked Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large beef brisket
    unseasoned meat tenderizer
    seasoned salt
    celery salt
    garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Sprinkle meat with tenderizer. Sprinkle liberally with other salts. Mix liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours.
    Turn after 12 hours. Bake, covered, at 225\u00b0 for 6 to 8 hours. Drain before serving. Do not serve juice. Slice thin.
