Chicken Terrapin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 c. flour
    1 pkg. frozen green peas, cooked and drained
    4 boiled eggs, diced
    3 c. or more diced chicken
    1/2 c. pimento or sweet red peppers (for color)
Preparation
    Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil; thicken with the flour.
    Boil good.
    Add remaining ingredients; stir easily as eggs and peas will mash.
    If peppers are used, cook and drain.
    Serve over hot chow mein noodles.
    This can be frozen and served later.
