Mock Chicken Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. Soyameat Chicken Style, ground
    1 c. potatoes, ground
    1/2 c. ground celery
    1/2 c. ground onion
    1 (6 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    Lawry's salt or other seasoning
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. regular oatmeal
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. Brewer's yeast flakes
Preparation
    Saute Soyameat, potatoes, celery, onions and mushrooms in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and turn into a well-greased casserole or loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
