Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. pecan halves
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix eggs, pecans, salt, vanilla, sugar, syrup and butter together.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Place in oven preheated to 350\u00b0.
    Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and cook 50 to 60 minutes or until set.
