Christmas Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer chicken, cut up and skinned
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Coat chicken pieces with flour and salt.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Place chicken in skillet; turn once.
    Separately, combine all other ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Pour mixture over chicken in skillet.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken is tender.
    Serves 4 nicely.
